Howard is the Founder and CEO of Fiscalsoft Corporation. He is the Senior Software Developer, and is the author of the entire Fiscalsoft Product Line.
He is fluent in several programming languages for DOS and MS Windows Operating Systems including; Pascal/Delphi, HTML, Clipper, and BASIC. Howard enjoys hiking, camping, spelunking, and computer gaming.
Sporting a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehead State University; Howard now has over 20 years of financial accounting, payroll, electronic filing and local tax management expertise as well as experience as an engineering technician and software support technician.

Norb is our Software Sales and Support Manager. Our program users are in good hands with Norb helping them with any software support they may need. Norb also handles new sales and with his support skills is able to get new customers up and running with our software in a matter of days, in just a few weeks new users have the conficence and ability to do their jobs more efficiently than ever before.
Norb has an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Lexington Community College, he has 12 years of personel management and has over 13 years experience as an engineering technician and software support technician. He has quickly mastered the Report Builder reporting engine we use in all of our software products; particularly with FiscalTax's™ Form Designer program. Norb is now fielding support calls for all your Electronic filing needs using FiscalExpress™. Norb's phone support will have you filing on your own in minutes.

Kathy is our office Administrator.
She answers the telephone, handles the mail and supervises the other part-time employees
